To request a refund, please email us at naturalshine.enquiries@gmail.com within 5 of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your order number and contact details

Each refund request is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be issued if the item is found to be damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Please note that change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.
