LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you arrive late for your appointment please understand that your treatment may be altered to ensure our stylists finish on time, so the next client is not affected.

If you are aware that you will be late to an appointment please reach out as we may be able to reschedule your appointment or other clients.

If you are more than 20 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

​CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable and unforeseen events may impact your ability to attend your appointment however we do kindly ask that our clients endeavour to provide 24 hours notice.

We will not tolerate any form of rude, aggressive, or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, harassment, excessive demands, or any behavior that makes our staff or other clients feel uncomfortable or unsafe. If a client engages in such behavior, we reserve the right to refuse service and terminate the current appointment. We may also ban the client from future appointments. If you experience or witness any unacceptable behavior, please report it to management immediately."
